Customer Supplied Items Waiver
42 Stitches is an apparel retailer and the items we sell for decoration are chosen for the compatibility with the decorating process used. While we will be happy to decorate customer-supplied items, we cannot be responsible for the quality or outcome of the finished product. While we take great care in our processes sometimes issues arise and we cannot be responsible for damage to customer supplied garments.
All items must be new. We will not decorate previously worn or otherwise soiled garments.
We cannot replace items or issue refunds for any material used or time spent on garments.
If damage occurs to an item we have supplied, we will replace it. We cannot replace items we have not sold.
Please keep in mind that not all materials can be decorated. This is for a variety of reasons. 42 Stitches reserves the right to refuse to decorate any item.

Sending or dropping off your items to be decorated indicates acceptance of these terms in full.
