We take great pride in our personal service and attention to detail. Due to this and the number of variables associated with offering custom embroidery on your headrests the ordering process is as personal. Click on the order form and fill it out or give us a call, text, or email to get the conversation started. We will discuss which design you would like and the colors you would like to have it done in. You can choose from an existing design below or have your own design or logo sewn onto your headrests. The standard package is for two front and two rear headrests.

When you are ready to send yours in just box up your complete headrests and send them to us along with the completed form. We will take it from there. You don’t have to figure out how to remove the covers or worry about damaging them. If you want to clean them before you ship them we ask that you just use a mild cleaner. Most importantly we ask that you refrain from putting any conditioners on the upholstery. Many conditioners contain silicone which is very slippery and our process requires friction to hold the fabric while it is being embroidered. If there is excessive conditioner on the leather we will be forced to charge an additional $20 fee for cleaning. Once your headrests are finished you will receive a picture of them before the invoice is emailed to you. This invoice can then be paid via credit card.
All of the headrests done by us are placed on the highest priority and we aim have them out the door and back on the road to you within two days. If you have shipping preferences please let us know before they are finished so we can arrange the proper shipping method.
Have a look below at some of the designs we have available and their cost for the set of four. Please note that the cost does not include return shipping. Due to the variables involved this will be calculated based on your supplied packaging.
Don’t forget to have a custom cap made to match your headrests! If there is enough room in your packaging there will not be additional shipping costs.
Please note, there are certain headrests that cannot be worked on. This is due mainly to the manufacturing method that is used for the headrests but it can also be limited due to size or certain materials. If there is any question about your particular headrests, please contact us before you send them in. Another limiting factor for us is, if your headrests are already embroidered it is very unlikely that we will be able to accommodate your request. Again, if there is a question, please contact us first.
